  • A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is payable in order to secure a booking.

  • All deposits are due at time of booking and no later than seven days from that date. The balance payable is due two weeks before the event booked.

  • Bookings received less than fourteen days before the party are required to be paid in full. 

  • If you decide to cancel the party, notification must be given fourteen days prior to the party date. 

  • Cancellation of less than fourteen days prior to the party will result in 100% of the hire charge being forfeited.

  • Payment via bank transfer or by cheque made payable (please contact me via email for details or telephone 07797716669). 

  • A returnable security deposit is required on the party day, this deposit covers any breakages, damage or extra cleaning that may be required.  The security deposit will be returned once the tent is collected, minus any deductions if applicable.   Any deductions will be fully itemised.

  • The responsibility for any loss and/or damage to the bell tent or equipment is the responsibility of the hirer regardless of culpability.  If the security deposit is insufficient to cover the costs incurred to Flutterbies Bell Tent Parties, you must agree to pay all the costs to rectify this.

  • We are DBS checked and fully insured.
